Traffic on northbound Highway 52 south of the Twin Cities was reportedly backed up for miles early Friday because of a traffic crash.

Firefighters responded to a two alarm fire at a Rosemount aluminum recycling plant, Sunday night. The Rosemount Fire Chief Richard Schroeder said the fire started around 8:45PM. Highway 55 reportedly was closed in the area due to smoke.
