The Brown County Sheriff's Office has released a dash cam video of the spectacular crash.

Court records say his truck slammed into multiple vehicles at highway speeds at an intersection along Highway 14 in Byron.

The work is scheduled to take place Monday morning.

MnDOT says the work is being delayed because of the bitterly cold conditions forecast for next week.

Slippery conditions were reported when both of the crashes occurred.

The National Weather Service says patchy freezing rain and drizzle is possible through the afternoon.

The crash was reported around 3:30 PM.

The State Patrol is indicating it was a head-on collision.

The charges say the incident started with a confrontation over an exchange of text messages.

A Lewiston woman was transported to a hospital following the collision.
