KDHL 75th Anniversay Heritage Days Medallion Hunt is fun.

The Kid's Fun Run is always a great start to the Grand Parade which is scheduled to start at 6:15 p.m. and goes from Second Avenue Northwest to Central Park. This year's parade features most of Faribault's living former Mayors as Grand Marshals.

You get a head start on the competition by listening to KDHL 920 AM or checking www.kdhlradio.com for the clues. Each day the clue will be given first during the 7:05AM news report and will also be posted on kdhlradio.com. Clues will be available on the FREE KDHL app beginning 7:30 a.m. In addition the clues will be displayed in the front window of KDHL at 8:30AM.

Every June, Faribault celebrates it’s heritage with a huge celebration including a carnival, historic tours, a car show, music and a parade. It's always a fun time and this year was no exception. Here are a few pictures from the week.

The 2017 KDHL Chappuis Jewelers Heritage Days Medallion has been found. It was located in the Two Rivers Park area on the walking bridge. Scott Keilen and his son Alex Thompson were the lucky finders. They have been searching for the medallion for many years and have come really close a few times but this is the first time they have found it...

Faribault Heritage Days is one of the highlights of summer, and the annual local festival runs June 15-19 with a plethora of offerings to keep the whole family entertained. The event opened Wednesday with Teen Night at the carnival, and the first clue in the infamous KDHL Medallion Hunt being released. The medallion was found after only two clues had been revealed.
