Tom Hoverstad Scientist at the Southern Research and Outreach Center at Waseca said November began very warm and dry.  We did set some all time record highs the first part of November. Then the change came around the middle of the month to much colder and wetter.

attachment-TOM SROC 12-6 (2)Tom said we were close to setting a record going back to around 1915 as the driest fall ever. Then in the middle of November we received a half an inch of rain, So, November temperatures and rainfall were close to normal. However, the fall of 2022 still was the ninth driest on record.
