Foodies in Rochester, Minnesota have been treated to a feast of delicious news recently.

And, today we’re learning about a new restaurant that just opened across from Saint Marys on 2nd St. in Rochester.
Thousands of people work or receive care in Rochester so having quality dining options within walking distance of the hospital is a nice benefit. This new restaurant will provide a little spice and a lot of flavors to its customers.

Chinese food is the most Googled cuisine in Minnesota and across the country according to a recent study by foodfirefriends.com. Mexican food came in second, and Thai Food was the third most searched.
Now Open: Rochester, MN Gets a Spicy New Restaurant
Rochester has several options for Chinese and Mexican food and now has another choice for Thai.
Thai-riffic, a quick-service Thai restaurant, opened on Thursday on 2nd St across from Saint Marys. KTTC News was at the restaurant for its opening and reported that “monks from the Rochester Cambodian Temple came to offer a blessing.”
The first review on the new restaurant's Facebook page says – “Delicious, spicy food. Super flavorful! Great food.”
I haven’t seen a menu online yet, but Pad Thai is one of the most popular Thai dishes and one of my favorites so I can’t wait to check this place out.
