I work for Townsquare Media, a great company with a clear vision that invests in its employees. The flexibility I have is the thing I love most about my job. I can come and go as I please or work remotely as long as my tasks are being completed.

It's really nice having that freedom because I'm a dad, and I want to attend all of my kids' school events, be there for them if they're home sick, etc.
