Halloween Express Rochester: New Store Now Open for 2025

Popular Halloween Express Now Open In New Location in Rochester, Minnesota
If you haven't started to think about what candy you are going to hand out this year for Halloween, you should. According to the National Retail Federation, they are expecting $3.8 billion to be spent on costumes this year in the United States. What does that mean for you? A LOT of trick-or-treaters will be at your door!
Good news just popped up recently for everyone in Southeast Minnesota looking for a costume! Halloween Express, which typically operates close to 186 pop-up stores each year in the United States, is bringing one back to Rochester in 2025. In fact, it is now officially open!
According to the latest Facebook post by Halloween Express Rochester, they claimed the old Legacy Toys/ABC & Toy Zone space at 122 17th Ave. NW, for the spooky season.

Hours: Friday- Sunday 12pm- 6pm
