
Statewide Alert Issued for Missing Minnesota Man
Authorities say there is concern for his mental health and wellbeing.
Farmington, MN (KROC-AM News)- Authorities have issued a statewide alert for a missing Minnesota man.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) sent the alert on Thursday afternoon.
Officials are asking for the public’s help. He vanished after missing an appointment earlier this week.

Farmington, MN Man Vanishes After Leaving his Home, Statewide Missing Person Alert Issued by BCA
The alert identifies the missing man as 44-year-old Chad Vanhemert. He was last seen leaving his residence on Langford Ln. in northwestern Farmington early Wednesday morning.
He did not show up for an appointment he had scheduled for later in the day Wednesday, the alert says.
Vanhemert is described as 5,6”, 170 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. Authorities say there is concern for his mental health and wellbeing.
A clothing description is not available and the alert does not indicate a mode of travel.
Anyone with information regarding Vanhemert’s disappearance is asked to call 911 or to contact the Farmington Police Department at 651-280-6700.
