
Woman Taken to Hospital After Downtown Rochester Stabbing, Suspect Arrested
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- One woman was stabbed and another was arrested following a fight in downtown Rochester over the weekend.

The stabbing happened around 2:30 Saturday morning, according to Rochester Police Department Communications Coordinator Amanda Grayson.
Officers responding to the report of a stabbing found the victim lying on the ground, Grayson said.

Woman Taken to Hospital After Stabbing in Downtown Rochester, 25-Year-Old in Custody
The victim, who was located in the 100 block of 2nd St. SE, was seen suffering from a stab wound, the police report indicates.
She told officers she confronted a woman, later identified as 25-year-old Victoria King of Rochester, who then stabbed her.
The victim was transported to a hospital. Grayson says the victim was able to speak with police at the hospital and described her injuries as non-life-threatening.
Officers found and arrested King. Olmsted County Adult Detention Center records indicate King was booked into jail on suspicion of first-degree assault and second-degree assault around 7:40 Saturday evening.
Her first court appearance has not yet been scheduled.
