The teen also told police that she would send Newbloom sexually explicit images of herself when Newbloom would request them, according to the court document.

The charges say the victim reported the relationship after learning Newbloom sent “inappropriate and sexual” messages to her sister. Police took Newbloom into custody on Friday.

The Rochester man was released without bail following his first court appearance on Monday. He is due back in court next month.
