Police Captain Casey Moilanen said officers responded to a reported shooting at the Ashland Apartment building in the 1950 block of Ashland Dr. Northwest. The shooting was reported shortly after 4:10 Friday afternoon.

The initial investigation indicates two men had gotten into an altercation outside of the building then opened fire at each other, Moilanen said. One of the suspects, identified as 27-year-old Joshua Eugene Adams of Rochester, was arrested at the scene.
