
Minnesota Man Charged in Federal Child Pornography Production & Posession Case
Minneapolis, MN (KROC-AM News)- A southern Minnesota man has been indicted in a federal child pornography case.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for Minnesota announced the indictment on Monday evening. He made his first court appearance in February.
An FBI investigation proceeded the charges, according to a news release.

Mankato, MN Man Indicted in Federal Child Pornography Production & Possession Case
39-year-old Mitchell Ray Williams is now facing one count each of production and attempted production of child pornography, advertisement of child pornography, possession of child pornography.
The Indictment accuses the Mankato man of engaging minors in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing child pornography throughout the month of October last year.
Williams is also accused of advertising the availability of child sex content and possessing suspected child sexual abuse materials, the news release says.
Following his first court appearance in February, a federal judge ordered Williams to remain in custody pending further proceedings.
He’s due back in federal court in Minneapolis on Tuesday for an arraignment hearing.
