Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Rochester firefighters returning to their fire station from the previous call happened upon a fire last night that wiped out a barn on the northern edge of the city.

The Rochester Fire Department reported the firefighters called in to dispatch and requested a full response to a structure fire at 6513 River Road Northwest before beginning their firefighting efforts. A water shuttle operation with assistance from the Oronoco Fire Department was required because of the amount of water needed to put up a large blaze.
