I do tend to watch a few shows on the Food Network.  The holiday baking shows are great - for whatever holiday it is.  People get so creative.  Also love the show Chopped.  Again, crazy how people can think of how to incorporate the strange ingredients that they have to on that show.  And also Diners, Drive Ins and Dives with Guy Fieri.  I've even gone to some of the restaurants that have been featured on the show if I have a chance to do that.  Always a great recommendation.

The show has taken viewers all over the nation, including the Florida Keys.  Of course, that area is known for their seafood options.  I mean, obviously so.  One of which is called DJ's Clam Shack.  And now, there will be a Minnesota location.

Later this month, DJ's Clam Shack will have a spot next to No Neck Tony's in Stillwater.  I you've been to Stillwater, and been out at night at all, chances are you have made a stop into No Neck Tony's. Great place.

Stillwater couple Tony Misenor and Jessica Junker, who co-own No Neck Tony’s, are behind the chain's arrival in Minnesota.

Junker and Misenor, who split their time between the Florida Keys – where Junker grew up – and Stillwater, are among the seafood joint's regular customers.

The idea is to bring the laid back feeling of the Florida Keys to Minnesota - without the flight and airfare costs.  Currently there are locations in Florida and also in New York.

The Stillwater location is set to open later this month.
