If you're like me, once December hits, the holiday spirit kicks in full force, and so does the hunt for those perfect Christmas gifts.

Well, I've got some good news for you. This weekend, Downtown St. Cloud is giving us one more reason to feel festive. The annual 'Makers’ Market St. Cloud' is popping up this Saturday, December 6, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at The Regency Venue, and trust me, this isn’t your everyday craft fair.

MAKERS' MARKET ST CLOUD HAS BEEN GOING STRONG SINCE 2018

The event first launched back in 2018 with a simple mission: shine a spotlight on our own local talent—makers, bakers, writers, artists, and all those creative folks who put their heart into what they make. They’ve stayed true to that idea.

EVERYTHING YOU FIND IS MADE WITH LOVE BY HAND FROM LOCAL MAKERS

Everything you’ll find at Makers’ Market is handmade, high-quality, and created right here in the St. Cloud area. It’s the kind of shopping event where you walk in looking for one gift and leave with a bag full of things you didn’t plan on… but absolutely needed.

MEET TEACHING ARTIST SHANE MAHON

If you’re bringing kids along, you’re covered. Teaching Artist Shane Mahon will be there, hosting a free art project for kids, so they get to join in the fun too. Meanwhile, you’ll be able to wander through booths of fine art, woodwork, ceramics, cozy handmade goods, baked treats, fresh coffee, and tons of holiday-perfect pieces.

THE MAKERS' MARKET YOUNG MAKER PROGRAM FEATURING ASPIRING YOUNG  ARTISTS

The Makers' Market Young Maker program is unique as well. This is a program where talented makers mentor teen artists (who have applied and been juried) to market and sell their own wares. There is a section of the show dedicated to these aspiring artists at the event.

ALMOST EVERYTHING IS UNDER $100, MAKING IT AFFORDABLE AND FUN

One of the best parts? Almost everything is under $100, with a big chunk in the $25–$50 range. So you can cross names off your list without draining your wallet.

Instead of buying something mass-produced, take home a gift with a little more soul. A gift that has a story behind it. A gift that was created by someone who probably lives just a few miles away.

MAKER'S MARKET IS PERFECT FOR STOCKING STUFFERS THIS HOLIDAY SEASON

That’s the real magic of shopping locally. Your money stays in the community, and you walk away with something meaningful. Whether you're looking for stocking stuffers, a standout piece, or just want to soak in some holiday cheer, the Makers’ Market might be exactly what you need this weekend.
