One of Minnesota's largest and most popular holiday festivities is getting the season underway by launching a yearly tradition that families all across the Northland look forward to.

Planning for Bentleyville 2025 in Minnesota

The over five million lights don’t turn on at Bayfront Festival Park in Duluth for the yearly tour of lights until late November, but planning is already well underway for the 2025 season. Each year, visitors make the trip from across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and beyond to see the breathtaking animated displays, sip hot cocoa, and take in one of the most magical holiday experiences in the Midwest.

Bentleyville USA announced that names can be added to Santa’s list for just $5. Whether you want to surprise a friend, a family member, or yourself, you can pick which list the name goes on. There are a few rules: entries must remain respectful and free of political content, and Bentleyville has the right to remove inappropriate submissions.

How to Submit a Name

Keep in mind that once a name is submitted it cannot be corrected, so double-check before hitting send. Approved names are added to the list for the entire season, which is updated every Friday. Visitors planning to see the display should submit names at least a week ahead.

When submitting, you can even choose which week the name appears, making it a fun holiday surprise for anyone visiting Bentleyville this season.
