Now I really want a burger! Burgers are definitely a staple food in the summer while we are soaking in the great outdoors and grilling out often.

However, they are just as tasty in the winter. We have a bunch of amazing places to feast on an amazing burger in the Duluth area.

A new spot called MadHouse Burgers opened in the area a few months back and the food looks amazing so I definitely need to add it to my list one of these days soon.

I have too many favorites to name and now, it looks like I have yet another new spot I have to try because a new list just named the best burger in every state.

Minneapolis Restaurant Has 'Best Burger' In The State

LoveFOOD recently named the best burger in every state and sadly, the best burger in Minnesota is a few hours from us. You can grab it at Red Cow in Minneapolis!

I have dined there before and it is a great restaurant! However, I didn't have a burger so I can't cosign that just yet. It turns out there's a reason the burgers are so good.

Why Red Cow Took The Top Spot In Minnesota

According to LoveFOOD, it's the blended hamburger patties that take these bites up a notch. Red Cow uses sixty-percent Angus beef and then 40% ground bacon to craft their patties. Who doesn't love bacon? It makes everything better!

I have never heard of that mix before! LoveFOOD goes on to explain what else makes the burgers at Red Cow so great, writing:

It’s the foundation of the diner's signature burger, which also comes with Cheddar cheese, mustard, and more bacon. Other burgers on the menu have impressed Mpls.St.Paul Magazine enough to earn the joint a few ‘best burger’ awards.

I now know where I will be feasting next time I go to the Twin Cities. I love a good burger and getting the title of 'best' burger in the state is a lot to live up to. I have to make sure it does!
