The Minnesota Wild sent out a survey to season ticket holders asking among other things, should they change the goal song to honor Prince. They had used "Let's go Crazy" in the game that saw their season end back in April, shortly after he died.

According the Star Tribune, by a nearly 2-1 margin, the fans spoke up and said yes.

So that's what will be heard at a Wild game this season when they get a goal, after the blast from the horn, of course.

The Wild begin training camp on September 22. Single-game tickets start going on sale on September 24. Bruce Boudreau is at the helm this year. If the returning players are healthy and new faces contribute, I think with the new coach, it might just be a pretty good year.
