The weekend is finally here! If you're looking for some fun events this weekend, I've put together a list filled with something for everyone!

*Friday, Feb 20th from 5-9:30pm put your taste buds to work at the Wold of Flavors Food and Brewfest at the Steele County History Center. Tickets are $25 and more information is available by calling 451-1420

*FrIday, Feb 20th. If you're looking for family fun, head to the Paradise Center for the Arts and watch Justin and the Not Ready for Naptime Players starting at 7pm. It's family friendly music and several KDHL and Power 96 listeners were lucky enough to win tickets. *Feb 20-Feb 28th. Take in local theater by going to see "The 39 Steps" at the Little Theatre of Owatonna. Tickets are $14 and showtime is at 7:30pm. More information available at littletheatreofowatonna.org

*Sunday Feb. 22 grab breakfast at the Relay for Life Pancake breakfast at teh Knights of Columbus Hall in Faribault from 8:15am-12:15pm. Tickets are $8.50 and proceeds benefit the team walking at the Relay for Life in Rice County.

*Sunday Feb 22 another breakfast option is to head to Plato and fill up at the St John's Pancake Dinner from 10am -1pm. Cost is $8 and proceeds support Heifer International.

*Sunday, Feb 22 you can learn about white tail deer at Antlers and Aging at the Riverbend Nature Center from 2-4pm. Perfect for hunters and wildlife enthusiasts. Cost is $7 and more information available at rbnc.org

*Sunday, Feb 22 from 1:30-6:30pm, give the gift of life. The Red Cross will be hosting a blood drive at the Faribault American Legion and all who donate blood that day are eligible to win a new Ipad mini. To learn more go online to redcrossblood.org or call 1-800-733-2767

*If you love sports, have your radio handy because KDHL and Power 96 bring you great sports action all weekend long! Tonight, Feb 20th, tune into Power 96 at 7:15pm to hear Faribault girls challenge Northfield in basketball action. On Saturday Carleton women and mens action comes your way from Bethel with the first game starting at 12:24pm and the second game getting underway at 3pm. Catch playoff action as Faribault Boys Hockey skates against New Prague with a 5:15 pregrame start on Power 96.

*Grab some hot cocoa and take a drive looking at the snow sculptures I shared earlier this week.
