UPDATE: Red Wing Motorcycle Wreck Victim Identified
Red Wing, MN (KROC AM News) - The Minnesota State Patrol has released the name of the person killed Wednesday in a car/motorcycle accident near Red Wing.
The victim was 74-year-old Patricia Otte of Randolph.
She was a passenger on a motorcycle driven by 63-year-old Thomas Otte who was taken to St Marys Hospital with life-threatening injuries. He was listed in serious condition Thursday. The State Patrol says they were not wearing helmets.
The motorcycle was on Highway 61 around 8:00 PM when it was hit by a car driven by Heather Miller- Nellermoe of Hastings. She also suffered serious injuries. After striking the motorcycle, her car was hit by another vehicle. A passenger in Miller-Nellermoe’s car suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The driver and passenger in the other vehicle were not hurt.
