The University of Minnesota corn and soybean variety trials are now published on the University of Minnesota Extension website. It seems seed companies are asking for seed orders from farmers earlier every year. Many times the best early season discounts are available in November and early December. So, farmers are often asking for the variety trial results before they are published.

It takes a lot of time to get all the variety trials harvested. These are replicated trials so there are a lot of locations. It takes time to calculate the averages, adjust for moisture, calculate the adjusted selling weight and then compare net dollars per acre. Then you have to get all the results and data in a usable table form before posting on the website.
