Twins Caravan Stop in Faribault a Success

A huge thanks to everyone who stopped out to the 56th annual Minnesota Twins Winter Caravan in Faribault on Monday, January 25, at Basher's Sports Grill! 

Closer Glen Perkins, pitcher Kyle Gibson, Hall of Famer Burt Blyleven, Twins radio announcer Kris Atteberry and TC Bear were all on on hand to discuss the upcoming season and enjoy some team spirit. Faribault was thrilled to be one of the communities selected to be a stop for the Winter Caravan and there was a very good turnout at the event. The Twins Caravan stops in more than 40 towns each winter. In addition to learning more about the team, people attending has a chance to get an autograph or picture of some of baseball’s finest.

The Minnesota Twins season opens April 4 when the Twins travel to Baltimore, and the home opener is against the Chicago White Sox on April 11.
