Do you believe in ghosts? Would you like to be part of a paranormal investigation? Do I have your attention, because I know I've always thought it would be fun to be a ghost hunter. Faribault Park and Rec is offering the opportunity to to be involved in a ghost hunt and attend an expo and lectures involving paranormal activity at the Washington Center, 117 Shumway Ave. in Faribault, on Friday and Saturday October 21 and 22.

The second annual Paranormal Affair will be led by Supernatural Investigators of Minnesota founder Jerry Ayres and ghost busting and intuitive Bobby Sullivan. They'll be joined by fellow paranormal experts and authors and will lead an investigative team through the grounds of the Faribault State Hospital Farm Colony, long rumored to be haunted. I've explored this area during the day and have always felt that sadness and despair seems to permeate the area and wouldn't be surprised if several beings still lingered there.
