On Saturday afternoon, downtown Faribault was buzzing with activity! The Faribault Fire Department hosted an open house starting at 10AM, and after that was the annual Faribault Main Street Chili Contest and Fall Festival.

The weekend is finally here! The days are getting noticeably shorter, so it's time to make the most out of the remaining daylight hours. Downtown Faribault is the place to be this weekend as the merchants have gone crazy! It's crazy days. There will be great deals, sidewalk vendors, and of course fun for all ages. If you didn't get to see it at the Rice County Fair, you can check out the new Mobile Command Center with the Rice County Sheriff's office and Faribault Police Departmen
