Faribault Public Schools Superintendent Todd Sesker will stop by the KDHL Studio today.

Faribault students joined others across the state in a mock election last week and the results are supposed to be revealed today.

The district is interviewing architects to assist in completing one of their three goals for the near future. Those goals include in no certain priority:

  • Increasing the graduation rate to 100 percent in three years
  • Upgrading facilities in the district
  • Beginning year-round school and implementing an immersion program, possibly in Spanish, at the elementary level

So we will be discussing these academic goals with the superintendent.

I'm not sure the superintendent will be able to share the mock election results with us, but I will give it a try. The election is one week from today and candidates for school board will be on the ballot.

After the polls close at 8PM next Tuesday, the place to get all the local results is KDHL Radio 920 AM or www.kdhlradio.com, or download the free RadioPup app on your favorite mobile device.

The Minnesota News Network will assist us in tracking statewide races and ABC News will have all the national information, with reports throughout the evening.

If you can't tune in at 9:30AM today, go to our YouTube channel and watch the show at a more convenient time for you.
