State Records Fall in NRHEG Opener

NRHEG connected on a State Tournament record 13 threes en route to a 100-68 win over  Pequot Lakes.  Carli Wagner broke her own record for points scored in a game with 53 and struggled early going 2 for her first 10 shots.  The combined 168 points was also a new State Tournament record.  The unbeaten defending state champs had over 50 rebounds in the win.  Tune I this evening about 5:30 for 2nd ranked Kenyon-Wanamingo's game against Redwood Valley on Power 96...95.9fm.
