The University of Minnesota Extension Service has announced that registration is now open for the SowBridge and PorkBridge programs. The PorkBridge is for producers affiliated with grow-finish operations and SowBridge for people who work with boars, sows and their litters. The programs provide accurate, relevant information from a number of university experts. It includes electronic information you can watch on your computer along with live presentations delivered by teleconference from experts.

The cost for PorkBridge is just $125 for the series of six sessions, which are offered every other month. They begin at noon and last for about 90 minutes. The SowBridge cost is $250 for the first registration from an entity and $125 for each subsequent subscription from the same entity. Before each session you will receive an email message with links to download materials for that session.
