SCORE Event Details on AM Minnesota 9-21-2015

The Faribault Area Chamber of Commerce and Tourism is being joined by the Northfield and Owatonna Chambers and Southern Minnesota Initiative Foundation in co-sponsoring a SCORE event in Faribault.

SCORE is a volunteer nonprofit organization dedicated to educating entrepreneurs and helping small businesses start, grow and succeed nationwide. SCORE is a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration and has been mentoring small business owners for more than four decades.

The event is a presentation titled "The Leadership Connection" conducted by Erik Therwanger at South Central College in Faribault on Sept. 30 from 11:30AM to 1PM.

Therwanger is the author of The Think GREAT Collection and shares what he calls his successful, proven concepts to give individuals and organizations the competitive edge needed for achieving new levels of success.

Deadline to register is Monday, Sept. 28, through either the Faribault, Owatonna or Northfield Chambers.

Faribault Chamber President Kymn Anderson is scheduled to be joined on AM Minnesota by Diane Wilson and Pete Johnson to give us more details.
