School starts at Faribault Bethlehem Academy tomorrow and a number of other schools in the area begin this week.  Faribault Public Schools don't start until next week.  With the start of school comes school buses.  Rice County Sheriff Troy Dunn and Faribault Police Chief Andy Bohlen are on our AM Minnesota program today to discuss school bus safety.

Of course the general driving public needs to slow down in school areas and keep their eyes open for walking kids.  Last October a 14 year old was struck by a vehicle in Faribault while walking to school and is now confined to a wheelchair.  With warm temperatures at the beginning of the school year a number of students may also ride their bikes to school.

We hope you can listen to the show at 9:30 a.m.  If you can't listen at your leisure on this website www.kdhlradio.com.  Typically the program is uploaded by mid-afternoon.
