Riding the Bull at High Noon Saturday

When I was up at the Cannon Valley Fair I saw a mechanical bull ride. I commented to John Dvorak the Executive Secretary of the Rice County Fair that the mechanical bull ride should be at the Rice County Fair. Well, he took me seriously! Yes, we have a mechanical bull ride at the Rice County Fair and John told me that he brought it in just for me! Yes, I have been challenged to ride the mechanical bull!

I do not like to lose challenges. So, Saturday at high noon I will be riding the mechanical bull! I am not sure who will be on the speed control or how fast it will be. Ed Terry, the Randolph FFA adviser, said he offered $50 to the operator to put the speed control on high! What can go wrong? You get thrown off you hit an air mattress, not the ground. I cannot be gored like with a real bull or trampled! Sounds pretty safe doesn't it? Well we shall see. If you are at the Rice County Fair, come and watch.
