The Randolph FFA Tractor parade was held this morning even though the weather did not exactly cooperate. I am sure the weather forecast I was reading this morning on the air said clear skies today with a high of 38 degrees. The winds were supposed to be blowing out of the northwest at 10 to 15 mph, gusting to 30 mph. Well, they got the wind forecast right!

During the tractor lineup we began to see a few snow flurries. As you can see below, it was really snowing during the parade. There was no doubt in my mind the tractors would be there. Plus all the students at the Randolph school and a lot of spectators too! The record for tractors in the parade was 120. Even with the cold and snow there were 127 tractors in the parade this morning, so it was a new record! It was cold, but after all we are Minnesotans. We know how to deal with cold weather.
