Each week I’ll share a picture and a little bit about a pet that is available for adoption and waiting to find a good home. If you’re thinking of adding a pet to your home, pet adoption can be a very rewarding way to do so. Check out this week’s Pet of the Week and then check back next week to see a new furry friend looking for a fur-ever home.

Meet this week's featured pet, Peanut!  Peanut is a tabby cat that is just a year old. He is friendly and gets along well with other cats as well as dogs. He enjoys playing with toys and taking naps.

Peanut is neutered and is current on his vaccinations. He is litter box trained. If you’re interested in learning more about Peanut, or about another pet available for adoption, visit pawsfirst.petfinder.com or facebook.com/pawsfirstrescue.
