Rice County Sheriff Troy Dunn will be bringing his Toward Zero Deaths Coordinator Ross Spicer, and we'll discuss the problems of drinking and driving. Over the past decade, the number of DWI's have soared over Super Bowl weekend. So much so, the Minnesota State Patrol is conducting stepped up DWI patrols this weekend. On a brighter note, Rice County is no longer one of the 13 deadliest counties in the state for DWI's, and Dunn said he believes the reason, in large part, is the TZD program. Tune in 9:30 a.m. and be informed.
