The Lakeville North Panther girls basketball team has a tall order when they open play in the Class 4A Girls State Basketball Tournament Tuesday at the Target Center.  The Panthers will play #2 seed Centennial with a record of 23-5 at 2pm Tuesday at the Target Center in Minneapolis.  Lakeville North is 20-9 and is one of three teams in the 8 team field out of the South Suburban Conference.  Tough competition is something they see every night they play.  The top seed is Eastview of Apple Valley with a 28-1 record.  The third seed Bloomington Kennedy (24-6).  The four seed is Eden Prairie (18-9) and they open against Anoka (22-7).  Eastview plays St. Paul Central (24-5), Kennedy meets St. Michael-Albertville (23-4).   If Lakeville North wins they play Thursday at 8pm in Williams Arena against the Kennedy/SM-A victor.
