The first sign of spring for me is when the road postings go on, the second sign is the North American Farm and Power show in Owatonna. Many years ago the North American Farm and Power Show was held in downtown Minneapolis at the Convention Center. It was a great move to bring the show to Owatonna at the Four Seasons Complex on the Steele County Fairgrounds in Owatonna. It sure is nice not to have to pay $10 to park your car in a ramp or admission to the show. Now admission and parking is free!

Another major change after the Power Show came to Owatonna was the days of the show were moved to later in the week. Now the show is Thursday, Friday and Saturday. These days many farmers have jobs off the farm. By having the show on a Saturday they do not have to take a vacation day to attend the show. Hope to see you at the North American Farm and Power Show this week in Owatonna!
