John Anderson’s Top 5 Favorite Spock Moments

I was asked by a couple of people after my post came out on Wednesday about some of my favorite Spock moments. I cut it down to five, but these are not in any particular order.

1. From the Amok Time original episode when Spock thinks he has killed Kirk and then discovers him alive in sick bay. The emotion and smile that briefly comes over him is great.

2. The episode in which Kirk and Spock are back in the gangster days and Kirk is attempting to drive an old car. Spock says something like, "you are excellent as a starship captain, but your skills as a driver leave something to be desired."

3. From Star Trek 2: The Wrath of Khan: "I have no ego to bruise," Spock says to Kirk.

4. From Star Trek 2: "I never took the Kobayashi Maru test. What do you think of my solution?" Spock says to Kirk after he saved the ship and just before he dies.

5.Star Trek 5: Spock to Kirk: "You must become one with the rock" and "I don't think you realize the gravity of your situation," and Kirk responds, "on the contrary, gravity is foremost on my mind"

There were many more.
