Originally from Alabama, Owens has spent a lot of time touring the South and building his audience. He has performed on the same stage as Hank Williams Jr., Lori Morgan, Exile, Merle Haggard, Pam Tillis, Ronnie Milsap, Billy Dean, George Jones, Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban and more.
