MN Dealership Has Wheels Stolen From 8 Trucks

A Southern Minnesota car dealership opened up on Saturday morning to a sight that resembled something out of a movie. Eight new GMC pick-up trucks were on blocks after thieves took the rims and wheels at Motor Inn in Albert Lea. 

The car dealership is now offering a $1,000 reward for any information that leads to the return of the wheels and rims. In a televised report from KIMT-TV News, Albert Lea Police think it took the thieves only 20 minutes to remove all 32 tires from the vehicles.

It was noted in the news report that this type of theft has happened here in Southern Minnesota before with thieves striking a Rochester dealership earlier in the year. 

On a brighter note the Albert Lea car dealership is offering some DEEP discounts on those vehicles who's wheels were swiped.
