Corn closed about unchanged today in a fairly quiet day of trading. It was pretty similar to the action last Thursday and Friday. It seems like corn is consolidating and trying to put in a low. Gordy has said many times on the air that grains very seldom bottom. Usually they churn for a while and hopefully that is what we are doing now. Export loadings had a good number a just over 1 MMT of corn loaded for export.

Beans did trade lower this morning but by the close they came back and finished up 1-5 cents. It also seems like beans are consolidating trying to put in a low, too. Export loadings were announced at 184,285 MT which was up 12 percent from last week. Remember the report next week will be the last report for the 2014 year as the new marketing year starts Sept. 1.
