Learn A New Skill With Faribault Community Ed

The Faribault Public Schools Community Education program has some fun courses coming up! You could learn to make wine, cheese and more!Making Homemade Yogurt will be offered on October 8 at a cost of $12. The course will explain the benefits of yogurt, demonstrate how to make it, and provide tastings.

Making Homemade Wine From A Kit will be October 22 for $18. Wine fans will love learning how to make their own wine.

Intro to Home Cheese Making is on November 5 for $12. In this class you will learn about the science behind cheese making and techniques to make your own cheese.

Intro to Home Brewing will be offered November 10 for $18. This course will show class participants how to brew their own beer varieties.

All of these classes would make great gifts, and would be fun to take to expand your skills and knowledge, or with friends. These courses will be held at the Know-How Brew Shop on Central Avenue in Faribault. For more information, go to the Faribault Community Ed website.
