The Lakeville mom Sandra Grazzini-Rucki, who was charged for prohibiting her two teen daughters from seeing their father, is in trouble again.

An arrest warrant was issued for her on Wednesday in Dakota County because she allegedly violated probation by not maintaining contact with probation officials and failing to notify them in a timely manner of a change of address, employment and telephone number.

She had wanted to go to prison in the case but was put on probation. County Attorney James Backstrom said in a Star Tribune report said after she is arrested the sentencing judge will decide whether she should stay on probation or go to jail.

Grazzini-Rucki was sentenced to the six years of probation and annual stints of 15 days in jail until 2022, to be served on the anniversary that her daughters were found, on Oct. 3.
