KDHL Day Celebration at the Rice County Fair

Wednesday was a special day at the Rice County Fair!

Not only was it a beautiful day to be at the fair but The Mighty 920 KDHL was also honored on Wednesday evening.

There was a panel of past and present KDHL farm directors. They shared stories about their history with KDHL, what farming used to be back when KDHL first hit the airwaves, and what they are anticipating for the future of farming.

This was followed by a proclamation given by Kay Duchene, Faribault City Council Member, who officially declared July 18th, 2018 KDHL Day!

There was a ribbon cutting for the new barn that was built on the fairgrounds, followed by cake in celebration of KDHL's 70th birthday! What. A. Day! There was a lot to celebrate!
