Jerry Buys $20 In Raffle Tickets

Louise and I really enjoyed the annual Faribault Chamber of Commerce Gala on Saturday evening at the Faribault American Legion. As usual, the Faribault American Legion did a great job getting the food ready for a lot of people. A number of businesses donated items to be raffled at the Gala. Members of the Faribault Chamber were in charge of selling raffle tickets at $2 each. The picture proves that I bought 10 raffle tickets for $20!

Well, maybe I should say I bought 10 raffle tickets for $20, after Louise said that if I did not buy them she would! Louise went up to the table with her, excuse me, our 10 raffle tickets and put them all in the box for this clock. You could buy as many raffle tickets as you wanted and put them in the box for any of the prizes. I guess putting all of them in one box was a good plan because Louise won the clock!
