The Faribault Lakers seem to relish coming from behind.  They did it again Saturday night.  Down 3-1 in the bottom of the 8th inning, Joe Grote led off the inning with a two strike hit, Matt Lane collected his fourth hit of the game with one strike and Ryan Archambault sacrificed the pair to second and third before Adam Jensen crushed the elevated first pitch delivered to him over the extended right field fence lifting the Faribault Lakers to a 4-3 win over the Lastrup Lakers at Tiger Park in Belle Plaine.  Lane struck out the side in the 9th to secure the win.  He finished the night with 8 strikeouts and scattered 8 hits. The only earned run off him was a solo homer on the first pitch in the top of the 7th.  Faribault had 3 errors in the game and two of them led to runs.  One of the runs scored on a strikeout which would've been the third out of the inning.  Lane threw 124 pitches, 81 of them were strikes.  Faribault extends their winning streak to 12 games and goes to 23-9 on the season.  Lastrup's season ends at 17-9.  The Lakers will now face Green Isle Sunday at 1:30pm in Jordan.  Coverage on POWER 96 radio begins at 1:15.  Faribault had 10 hits.  Jensen and Lane were the State Farm Faribault agents Faribault players of the game. Below is the extended fence Jensen's home run soared over with another great crowd from Faribault rising to their feet in excitement.  Now it's decision time for Faribault.  With ace Matt Lane not available Sunday will they throw one of their draftees or go with another pitcher from their roster ?
