IRIS Fundraiser Discussed on AM Minnesota 2-5-2015

Diana Sundwall, the founder and executive director of the Infants Remembered in Silence organization, stops by the studios to inform us about a fundraiser this weekend.

Sunday is the 18th annual Silent Auction and Pancake Breakfast for IRIS. Over the years, other events have been added, including a bake sale and bingo. The breakfast menu includes pancakes, scrambled eggs, ham and orange juice, milk and coffee. Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for kids ages 2-6. Breakfast at the Faribault American Legion will be served from 8 a.m. to noon. The bake sale goes from 8 a.m. until everything is sold, and the silent auction runs 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Bingo is from 1-3:30 p.m. and I'll be one of the bingo callers. Only CASH prizes will be awarded and all ages are welcome.
