This weekend, St. John's United Church of Christ in Nerstrand will celebrate all things German at its annual Germanfest.

A German buffet will be served Sunday, September 25, from 11AM to 2PM and 4-6PM, no reservations are needed.

Entertainment includes live old-time music starting at 11AM by Tim Chlan and Friends, Ray Sands Band and the Stuttgart Three. A morning worship service begins at 10AM and a polka praise service will be at 3PM.

Other features include a bake shop, Christmas store, quilt show, petting zoo, St. John's apple jelly, authentic costumes bingo, rootbeer stand and a farmers market.
