Get an Early Peek at Hallmark Movie Filmed in Northfield

Earlier this fall, we told you when you can watch Love Always, Santa, the Hallmark movie that was filmed in Northfield, on television.

But you can see it even sooner at the movie premiere event at Northfield Middle School on Thursday, November 3. This event is sponsored by the Northfield Chamber of Commerce & Tourism and Visit Northfield.

The red carpet portion begins at 6:30PM, with the screening at 7PM. The event is free, but donations of nonperishable food items for the Northfield food shelf will be accepted. A reception will follow the showing.

Entertainment Weekly published this blurb about Love Always, Santa:

“After losing her husband Bradley three years ago on Christmas day, Celia Banks never thought she’d fall in love again. Now, her entire world revolves around taking care of her daughter Lilly. Lilly writes a letter to Santa with one wish — for her mommy to be happy and find love again.”

If you can't make the Northfield premiere event, the movie will air at 8PM November 6 on the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Channel, an offshoot of the Hallmark Channel.

Also, tune in to KDHL AM 920's AM Minnesota program at 9:30AM Wednesday. Todd Bornhauser with the Northfield Chamber will be one of the guests, and he'll likely have more information on this event.
