Faribault's Tourism Director Todd Ginter told KDHL AM Minnesota listeners Wednesday famous actor/director/producer George Clooney recently ordered some blankets from the Faribault Woolen Mill.  The blankets were given to fellow cast members of his latest movie, "The Monuments Men."  Clooney directs the film, produced it and co-wrote the movie set during World War Two.  Ginter says Clooney recently outfitted his entire cast and crew with the woolen military blankets and had The Monuments Men engraved on the blanket.

George Clooney is also in the movie along with Cate Blanchett, Matt Damon, Bill Murray and John Goodman.  The story is based on the true story of the greatest treasure hunt in history.
