Food Awareness Day Friday at HyVee Faribault

The Rice County Farm Bureau will be hosting Food Awareness Day Friday morning from 9:00 to 11:00 am at the HyVee Food Store in Faribault. The Dakota Rice Corn and Soybean Growers will be passing out coupons for a dollar off any meat product. The Rice County Pork Producers will be passing out coupons for a dollar off any pork product. In case you are wondering you can use the Pork Producers and Corn and Soybean Growers coupons on any pork product and get two dollars off!

In addition the Minnesota Turkey Growers will be there along with the Rice County American Dairy Association. The Rice County American Dairy Association will be passing out coupons for discounts on milk. The Rice County Farm Bureau along with the commodity groups will greet HyVee shoppers to pass out prizes, pamphlets, and information on agriculture and food production. I will also be broadcasting live and hosting  KDHL's AM Minnesota Program Friday morning from the HyVee Food Store in Faribault. Hope to see you there!
