Faribault Public Schools Superintendent Todd Sesker will stop by the KDHL studio for our AM Minnesota program to discuss various issues facing the district.

One of the goals of the district is to increase the graduation rate. I'll ask the superintendent if that is being accomplished.

The current graduation rate (2014 numbers) is 78 percent in Faribault.

I did some checking around the area and Owatonna's is 85 percent, Northfield 91 percent and Mankato 86 percent.

Fifty-seven percent of students in the Faribault Public School District are eligible for free or reduced lunch.

Rochester is 37 percent, Owatonna 41 percent, Mankato 37 percent and Northfield 27 percent.

We will delve into more statistics for schools in the Big Nine and it should be a very informative and interesting program.

I hope you can tune in at 9:30AM.

If not, check out the program on our YouTube channel.
